250 Gram Organic Earl Grey Bag
Description
A blend of late-summer harvested black tea from Yunnan and essential oil of the bergamot orange. When grown at an elevation of 1600-1800 meters, the da yeh cultivar produces a caramel sweet, malty black tea that pairs perfectly with the perfumed citrus aroma of first pressed oil from the bergamot fruit. For a 12 ounce pot, steep 5 or 6 grams of tea for 3-5 minutes in water off the boil. If adding milk or sugar, try increasing the amount of tea by a gram or two
